Wheel question: Are center bore & wheel stud sizes a big concern?

I was wondering if this area is ever a concern.  I'm looking to buy these wheels, which are common among the import crowd.

I already know that these wheels are 5x114.3
I already have the backspacing calculated.  I just dont know what my 1968 Charger's centerbore measurements are.
Or should I even worry about it? 
Are stud sizes different compared to Japanese cars.

For my rears I'm going for :

Size           Offset      Hole&PCD           
17X10.0J    +12            5H-114.3



For me fronts Im going for
Size           Offset      Hole&PCD 
17X9.0J     +15           5H-114.3


What do you guys think?

Most aftermarket wheels are not hub centric any more anyway to allow them to fit a larger variety of cars. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
