does the hideway headlight on the 70-72 chargers are they adjustable? because when i open my headlight doors their open for awhile then the lights dim between low  and high and you can see and hear the motor tryin to come on. i know its not the relay because i just replaced it ,and it still does it even when the old one was in it. any ideas? thanks.

Sounds like the gear inside the motor is stripped allowing it to move under load and closing the contact completing the circuit to open the motor.

I'm trying to get enough interest to move forward on manufacturing a replacement gear. Once I get enough verbal orders I'll collect the money and then move on having the gears produced. Once the money is collected it'll take about 30 days from having a working prototype to filling the order, so it'll be fairly quick.
