LOL... that is here in Venezuela. I already sent an SMS to the phone to the guy telling IS NOT a Charger. Problem is transit authorities are assholes when making tittles ( and mostly of the time LOL ), AND MAYBE on a tittle upgrade/change made back in 86 to all the cars in Venezuela, filled wrong the tittle form. This is not the first case of a Coronet wannabe Charger.

then the paint scheeme... thats another story   :eek2:
