Anybody tried swapping their dashvents when the dash is installed? I brooke some of the pigs for the speednuts, propably because it's freezing cold here and have to but new ones. :brickwall: Dash is ready for installation but I don't think it's easy to reach the nuts when the dash is fixed. :scratchchin:

My windshield isn't installed yet and I planned on just hanging the dash on the 2 bolts on the side and a wire to the cowl for testing out everything
but I guess reaching the speednuts will be a PITA anyway? :scratchchin:

I have managed to get a set out - but I don't know how hard it would be to get them back in. I have small hands and I used a 90 degree screwdriver. Much easier with the dash out!

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Will have the dash hanging with some wires to the cowl so I think I can get my hand in between the dash and cowl.
Atleast I will try, I'm so close to startup now.

Can you get them in with the windshield installed?

BronzeOnSteelies

I have got mine in and out to paint them and the windshield was in.

If I remember right I used a long ratchet extension (maybe with a swivel) on the nuts and some patience.

My hands are not small either so I had to rely on the tools.
