My 69 Charger has a factory AM/FM radio. The antenna was changed long ago and I would like to make it right. is there any way to know for sure which I need, the telescopic or the fixed? Is it on the broadcast sheet anywhere?

That link doesn't really explain which one is the correct one though (at least not that I could see).  Didn't this topic come up here recently?  I can't seem to find it in a search but I was sure it had.

Telescoping - All radio's - Fixed didn't come along until late 72 or early 73.

Ghoste - You are right - we have discussed this before. I think Alaskan TA posted a copy of the Chrysler memo.

Sorry 69 CoronetRT posted the scan

Well you learn something new everyday,my 68 has the fixed antenna and I always thought it was original although I never liked the look of it. I can see a new telescopic mast on it's way.
