does anyone know how much a little 48 pu is worth?  it's in pretty good shape, the wood is still in the bed, and all glass is there, no motor or trans.  it's in a junk yard, it just got there a couple days ago so no one has raped it.  the owner gave me a real fair price for the whole thing, but just like to know if i would be wasting my time or not!

Are the gauges there?  Is the seat cover still in it?  Are the original rims on it?  I would guess $800 if everything is intact except for the drivetrain and the sheet metal is not rotted and bent.  It would make a nice hot rod or driver if you like the body style.  A 392 hemi would look great.

I have a 47 power wagon that I will be restoring but need some room to do it.

Those old trucks are way cool if done right.  Hemigeno has an old flat bed he has restored, he had his hemi Charger towed in on it to monster mopar and his truck got just as much attention if not more than his Charger.

is that the same body style as this one?  i paid $100 for it when i got it, sold the engine an trans for $100..have another one i paid $150 for that one, still havnt turned a bolt on it in the 5 years since i got it. they can make really slick hotrods. this one has a diplomat ifs , mounts for a small block, and is channeled 4 inches. now i just nead some time to finish it

it looks smaller than that truck.  this one still has the motor in and the wood in the bed.  all the glass is sitting on the seat.  i think this is a good find...but i don't know what they are worth and i'd like to buy it from the junk yard and turn around and sell it.  if i had the time and money, i'd like to throw a 392 hemi in and hot rod the sh*t out of it.
