Random thoughts on project completion and Event Horizons....

Ok..so my car is DONE...I owe a lot of thanks to the circle of friends that helped thruoght the rought times and the fun times...THIS WEBSITE, Rolfe,Bill, Eric, Donny,Brandon,Charles and Sharon..if you read this, you know what you did and that it is appreciated....I took a rolling rust hole 2 years ago and by month 8 had it on the road and jammin good due to some self imposed pressure to get it done by Jimmy's Picnic...without that pressure to prove IT COULD BE DONE I really wantg to give a big thanks and the old Double Bird to all the folks I know that laughed and said 'can't be done, son'...it can. you gotta bust your ass but it can. Having that pressure to skate it right to the edge of the gravity field via the last ditch 72 hour round the clock old fashion THRASH is agreat impetus..that and fear..fear of failure, fear of eeating peanut butter for 8 months as well....

drove the Scow hard for a year. No Problems..lots of fun..my own daily morning asshole parade and City Hall burnout on the way to work...then some dumbass was gracious enough to rear end me..end result...new back half of a car thanks to a 'friendly' insurance agent, more Help From My Friends and yet another self imposed Event Horizon..it looked grim.. NO WAY YOU CAN GET IT DONE IN TIME...but... 3 months of metal work and paint jail...80 hour grind to reassemble PROPERLY at the end... ( Deadliest Snatch?) sore hands, sore feet throbbing head and tired friends made it happen..the Scow is dead..long live the GHETTO WARRIOR ...and I made the run, made the wife happy and blew away some squares...today I';\m beat, destroyed,crippled..cabn't see straight..but pretty damn happy.









Lets do it again.......
