Good luck with the sale. I really like 67-69 Cuda's too, infact there is one in my wife's family I would love to get a hold of, I don't think I would ever be able to get it (family don't won't to turn it loose) But if the opprotunity ever came up, I believe I would put my 73 on the chopping block for it.

Ya I definately have pictures but im at school and cant post them.

Me and my dad went to go look at it and I fell in love. My dad own a viper blue 69 notchback 440 and i thought it would be cool to have a red and a blue one.

Its a 67 with a 69 tail light panel and 68 grilles. It has a 273 smallblock. Other than the tail lights and grilles everything is #'s matching down to the glass.

I though 273 were gone by 66 ... replaced by 318LA on 67s

The 273 was around for the 1969 model year but it's availability was downplayed quite a bit by the time the 67 models were introduced so any confusion is understandable.

Honestly, I checked hamtramck website and checked at least 68 engine options for Barracudas, and just listed 225, 318, 340 and 383s ( 273s available on valiants though! )

67s dealership book is not scanned yet.

ok, juts found on ENGINEERING section of 68 dealership book and they stated mileage for 273s on 67 Barracudas, so I guess yes, it was available for 67, but aparently not anymore on 68s

Yes, and the same for 69, the 273 was strictly a Valiant offering at the Plymouth dealerships.  I believe the same pattern is followed by Dodge but of course in the base Dart line (I'm not certain though).

Ok...ok..Tell me the diference between a 67-68-69. I almost want to say this car isnt a 67 because it has 68 grilles and 69 tail lights.

 67 cars don't have side  marker lamps at all
68  have  round ones with chrome rings
69  have rectangle reflectors only

i know of a 69 satellite that came factory with the 273. I didn't believe it until I saw the paperwork he had on it. some weird special order jobber.

Well i started to think about that. The cuda has had a full restoration. I was thinking that if i get the cuda and have a job i could start saving for another car. I definately want a 3rd gen again. But i started to think challenger first, cause i have always wanted one.
