Maybe sounds kind of crazy question but what I ment to ask was if the block has any other function then distribute the brakeoil to
the 2 frontwheels and to the rear. Is it steard by the mastercylinder or the calipers? Or put in another way, can I use a stock block
for a aftermarket discbrake set?

Other than splitting the two systems, the distribution block has another function, it has a moveable piston that triggers a warning light when one system fails.

If the stock distribution block is used with aftermarket discs, the usual practice is to place an adjustable proportioning valve in the rear system.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Well technically the master cyl. pumps fronts and rear separate, as each has it's own reservoir so front left and right and imbalance warning are it's function. No kind of metering or residual pressure holding. So yes to your Question but you will need the proportioning valve to compensate for the different action from disk and drum as John said.

I do have the stock "hold off valve" placed on the framerail under the driverseat, will that be sufficient?

This is a factory disk car?   :shruggy:

Yes but aftermarket calipers, rotors, brakebooster and mastercylinder.

In your case then I would suggest going to an adjustable proportioning valve.  The factory hold off is a sort of compromise valve that is generically engineered (for want of a better description) to work in a few applications based on the weights and fluid capacities of more than one vehicle.  If you are changing basically everything then it would be better IMO to get an adjustable one and set it up right for the car.
