dont understand why my car dramtically speeds up and then slows down at idle

it sounds like a vacuum leak, but its a 68 charger 318 and it use to idle great but now just today the idle dropped extremely low when i was driving it then it would idle real high. in park it has a steady idle at first then it pulsates to a high rpm then back down to a low rpm anyone know the problem??? :shruggy:

yea i found it haha the hose for my vacuum lines for the head light door came undone :rotz:

Was it the 1/4" vacuum line to the vacuum can under the battery from the intake?     Mine got soft and fell off the other week. 
I think I need something better than the soft line that came on the repro hose set.
