Five buddies and my self are leaving for Talladega today!!

The sixteen hour ride in a motorhome is going to suck but it
will be worth it.

We have cold passes for the entire weekend. I should be able to
get some awesome pictures in the garage area.

I cant wait to see what happens on Halloween night in the camp ground!

This was unreal. Dodge had a display set up with a drifting track.
All you had to do was sign a waiver and stand in line.  They strap you
in the passenger seat and take you for a hell ride! The drivers were
whipping the snot out of brand new Vipers and Challengers!

I talked with my favorite driver and hometown hero Dave Blaney.
I hope he gets a better deal next season. Super nice guy.

This is the Oval Office. This is where NASCAR decided to turn Talladega into

This was my view of the Wing cars. While I was standing there, Mike Helton came over
from the Oval Office to take a look. I said to him "Pretty cool!" He replied "Yep"

Great Pics.  You were able to get a "Pit Pass", very nice, and very hard to get.  Of of my best friends is a NASCAR official, and he said he has had a hard time getting his wife in.
