Can you hook up to Xbox Live with a pretty strong wireless signal?

You can.  It's not recommended.  Wireless tends to be flakey.

See my issue is, my bedroom is across the house from the computer room so I don't really have access to an internet cable anywhere near my room. So wireless would be the only way to go....

Yea, wirless tends to break up a lot. And when your racing someone, your car can jump all over the place, and can and will plant you right in front of other cars causing crashes. It tends to make people mad when that happens. Usually, you'll get kicked out of a room if you have a bad connection.

Call the cable company, like here, they will send someone out to run another wire to a different room for a small fee.

If your asking about the cars in the dealerships that are locked like the ZR1 Vette, no. I guess you need  the special version of Forza which really isn't worth it.

The downloadable cars, most are free downloads. The holiday one Turn 10 just released you have to pay for. And I will not as there is only one car in that package I like.

How do you change the colour stripe on the '69 Charger R/T? I bought one last night and made it silver but I can't figure out how to change the stripe from white to black. Also, how do you guys have all these wheel choices? I have very limited choices?

You can't change the stripe's color, unless you put vinyl graphics over it.

You should have all the wheel choices we have...

Damn, that sucks.....atleast on NFS, you could delete the stripe and put a new one on in either black or white. Well, for example....in American Racing Wheels, the only choices I have are one set of Torque Thrusts and one other set of wheels...

I have Forza 2 right now, I took and place a vinyl stripe of the car color the closest color I could get to match the car itself. And I place the stripe over top the stripe that was is originally on the car. I'm going to go for xBoxlive next month after new years. I heard alot of good things about the liveness part side and I want to give it a shot.

WHITE AND RED 69

You can only have the white or black stripe. I'm pretty sure you can change from one to the other in the manufacturers colors in the paint area.

If you buy a car with a white stripe, it will always stay white. If you want a car with a black stripe, then buy a car that comes with a black stripe, then go to the paint area, and paint it any color you want. They have he manufactorers paint choices too, but your stripe wil not change color. Like with the Trans Am and '79 Camaro, if you buy blue, gold or red/orange stripes, they will always be that way. Another words, when buying any car with stripes, buy it for the color stripe you want, then once you buy it, go to paint, and pick the color you prefer.

Searched through all of the car packs for the Daytona, is it not listed in the available cars on the down load menu? Which car pack is it in?

TruckDriver

Motorsport Legends Car and Track Pack. It also has the Dodge stock car in it, and a few other cars.I think it was 9 cars and 18 tracks if I remember right.

If you bought the game, it should have come with a card inside the case, that has a code.  You need to redeem that code to get the Daytona, a few more cars, and a new test track area.

I finally found them on there, hadn't typed in the information on the card that came with the game I kept looking at the available downloads online and didn't see a Daytona listed anywhere.

I am horrible at painting cars on games like these, is there anyone who could do a decal layout of the #71 K and K car for me and let me purchase it from them through the auction part of the game? Screen name on Xbox for me is XX29L9B

Look for the name "slushbox". He has a bunch of different ones, and they do seem to be the best at accuracy. There are other ones, but they are not as good. I see he pulled them off the storefront, but maybe he will sell one of them.

If that doesn't work, we got a guy in the League who made one.

I have yet to find the #71 but did see the #22 and #6 and #3 Daytonas up for sale but i'm still holding out hope for the #71. I might race online if I ever manage to be online when any of you other guys are. Haven't been on there when anyone else is so far.

TruckDriver

I tried to add Slushbox as a friend. I can't find anything he made though on line. So, we'll see once.

UPDATE: He added me as a friend, so maybe you can do that too, and then ask him about his skins.

Pics from tonights "Trans Am" races.  The first four are at the start, the last two at the end.  7 laps around old LeManns.

And, a few group pics to help advertise the League...
