Damn...that game looks sick. Too bad I can't afford to buy an XBOX right now. Guess I'll just have to wait til the full GT5 comes out on PS3. If it's anything like it's predecessors, it's going to blow the doors off every other racing game out there (you gotta admit...all of the GT games have consistently been the best at the time they've come out).

GT games don't compare to Forza as far as handling characteristics go

I finally won my first 2 races online with my Nascar Monte Carlo WooHoo!!! Took me forever to get it set up right.

You gotta love a guys who like to just crash you out if they can't beat you :flame:

I am kinda re-doing the game. I completed about 1/3 of the game on my offline profile (the one I have all my muscle cars on), but I am enjoying the online stuff so much, I'm going to give up on my other profile, and just work on my online profile.

How does that "design" program work. I'd like to make it so I don't have to manually repaint all my race cars and put the decals on seperately.

It only works on the exact same make/model of car as a previous paintjob.  When you finish painting a car, hit the start button and select the save feature.  It will save the design, but only for cars of the exact same make and model.

I save vinyl groups.  My side stripe is one vinyl group, my roof stripe another, my League logo another, etc.  I just put the vinyl groups on the car, and position and resize them as needed.  It saves alot of time.

Oh, okay. I don't mind doing it the long way, but I figured there might be a easier way to do it.

BTW - I joined the forum in your sig. a little while ago too.

I'm trying to figure out, that when you customize a car, can everyone else online see it too, or is it just you (on your own tv)? Cause when I do the oval tracks, I seem to have the only painted and decaled out stock car. And I know there has to be more of them out there. :shruggy:

BTW - What are your game tags? I'd add you if you want. I'm truckdriver1964 Although, my boys are currently using mine under my tag for a little while til they have there own console in Feburary. But I am the only one racing. They do the other games like war or GTA, or wrestling.

The one in my signature isn't mine.  Mine is the Daytona.  But the guy who made it is in my league, so I could ask him to put up his General.

Got an Xbox 360 and Forza 3 as a part of my Christmas present....:woohoo: So far I have a blue Fox body 5.0L Mustang. So how do I upload pictures to the computer off of the Xbox? I assume I gotta have Xbox Live? Does the Xbox come with a free trial or anything? Also, how do you get the Daytona?

Gotta have X-Box live. When you made your gaming profile, you should of saw the option to go live. You would follow the directions for that. But also cause your under 18, you will have to have a parent authorize you by allowing them to let you use their email address. You don't wanna put in a false age, cause when you get certain on-line options, you will not be able to change them with out making a new profile. When you turn 18, X-Box will notify you to change that, and give you full control over your profile. All your parent has to do, is choose the on-line gaming settings for you to use, which is like who you can hear on-line, who's profiles you can see, stuff like that. Once you get that set up, at least here in America, you get 1 month free Gold membership. But, it is just easier to go to http://www.xbox.com/en-US/registermybox and buy a subscription. NOW THAT SAID, call the X-Box toll free number you got with you system, and make sure the web address I posted is correct for you Canadians. You might have a different address. They will also help you get online with your profile for free. Get that taken care of Cody, and once your on-line, I'll explain the rest for you. (uploading pictures and stuff).

BTW - This is the Forza website you upload the pictures to, then you just save them to your computer, and host them like any other photo. http://www.forzamotorsport.net/ This website uses your X-Box live account sign-in too. The Daytona was a free download to your X-Box with a bunch of other cars. You do need live for that too. Also, I hope you got one with a hard drive on it, cause the downloads do take a lot of space. You will also need the space when you save paint designs and set ups for your cars. And, you need live to use the Auction area, and the Storefront area. If you get on-line, make sure you parent lets you add friends on your own, or they will have to approve everyone you add. You can add me once your on line... truckdriver1964.
