Roof rail weatherstrip

I know new door weatherstrip is notorious for making doors close hard (I know, done pulled off new door strips I bought), but does the roof rail give anyone problems? any tips for installing?

mount the chrome rail first, use some 3/4" single-sided foam tape so its not a bitch to redo later on. I started with the strip at the corner at the vent window and work out towards the ends. My glass seals up against it, not slid into it 
and be careful of the glass all the way up the first few times you close the door..
