Hello,

I am working on a 68 and I have a hole approx 1/2 in diameter just behind where the rear floor pan joins the front pan and it is dead centre. I broke mt camera so I do not have a close up picture and I bought the car back in pieces so did not disassemble it. Can anybody tell me if it is factory? If so what bolts onto it?

I took an old picture I had and marked the approximate position of it.

Thank you,

Yeap, my 69 has the same hole, but it filled with a rubber plug, just like all the other holes in the floor.  Looks like something used by the factory during assembly.  Just make sure you plug it.

Thank you! Much appreciated. I was hoping that was the case.
