Run cold temperature water in radiator

Hi! Is anybody there have the problem with cold wheater to get warm to water temperature in radiator?
I have the thermostat.
Yesterday the themperature stayed at 120 after 20 miles!!!

put it in a pan of water place on stove & place a kitchen thermometer in water should be closed at room temp & open at 180*

Right, assuming it's a 180-degree thermostat. And when it opens it'll most likely snap open like a mofo and scare the crap out of you.

If the thermostat is your problem, it will be stuck OPEN and should be obvious when inspected.  Bob
