Factroy undercoating, is there a nice thick one out there.

Looking for thick black flexable undercoating for my car's front fender wells. Had my car totaly restored and the under coating in the fender Wells is a little thin and not thick as factory standards. I had a rock bounced up a dinged my inner fender. Need something real thick to absorb these rocks.

68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

I used Rick's stuff on mine. The bottom pic is 3m that a reputable member here uses that is available locally.

no ,that is not the pattern shot from factory. its just a over restored masked off look. factory never looked like that. :popcrn:

I think he was referring to the bottom pic and it looks factory. Yeah mine is the top pic and is the over restored look.

No problem  man :icon_smile_wink: I sprayed it where it was originally was but taped the edges. I figured since I painted the bottom and went away from original, I might as well be neat.

Here is an original car. Every one is a little different.
I use the stuff from Roger Gibson - It is the most realistic I have ever seen. You need to do a few hits instead of all at once.
