Darn it, every time there is a trivia question that I know the answer to, someone beats me to it.

Ah but what is the earliest 69 Charger to have a sunroof? Anyone?

Okay I'll admit I don't know either but it would be cool to look into. I know my sunroof car was a late build date so it wasn't that one.

Wasn't the sunroof like a mid year production option in 1969?  I was thinking it came out when they introduced the SE charger in '69.

So Chris what is the earliest 69 Sunroof charger in the registry? My 69 Sunroof car was VIN number XP29F9B400611, which was a T7 bronze car built on May 28th of 1969. Funny thing about that car was that it was ordered on May 16th of 1969, and shiped to the dealership on June 6th 1969. So that was a very fast turn around for a sunroof car back then.

Oh I don't know if I ever sent any information to you on that car Chris.

R11 26 EN2

A01 A47 B41 B51 C16 C55
T7 T7 CRT T3 528 928359
E44 D31 XP29 F9B 400611

Had the origional order form to the car as well, and was funny because the car was ordered with the power sunroof but manual windows which I haven't seen too many sunroof cars with manual windows. Seems peope just went ahead and got power windows when they got the power sunroof. also interesting that it was a 318 2 bbl car, that had a 3.55 sure grip rear end. Which seemed odd to me anyways. Sticker price was a tad over $5,000. I think it was $5,084 but not positive on that.

The earliest I have was built on 12/4/68
Its a B5 blue 383-4, white interior and I would assume a white roof.

Its Jen's car (dart3404) on the site

With the addition of yours Danny (which is the latest build as of now.....latest I had is 3/13/69...I do have a later VIN but no build date for it.....)     I now have 5 XP base models & 2 XS R/T models.

Both the R/T's are SE models

Yours is the first base SE model registered!
Yours is the 3rd with manual windows

Thanks
Chris
