Took the Charger to the supermarket on a sunny California afternoon (making grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner and chocolate chip cookie dough for dessert  :drool5: )(my choice  :icon_smile_big: ), got to row through the first three gears and open the 4-barrel carb more than a few times.  :icon_smile_wink:  That always make me grin.  :coolgleamA:  Filled her up with premium, came home and let the dogs play in the front yard while I unloaded the food. The sun was shining, dinner was coming, and the dogs were playing. I just had to smile.... ;)

It really doesn't get any better that this.  :2thumbs:

Awesome story!!! Aside from the birds chirping, that story was a perfect story!! Anyways, glad to see you're enjoying your time with the car.. She's a beauty!!!!

Beautiful car and story, simple and sweet at the same time, just like the charger  :yesnod: Well, simple sometimes.  I love when things just "go the right way"

Tonight all three of my kids are spending the night with my parents, my wife was working. I just hopped in the 73 and had to run to pick up a few things and took the long route everywhere, stayed gone in it about 2 hours, It was a blast.

Beautiful car, how about a front shot. :yesnod:
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Sure, go ahead and $hip it to me... :D

Christian, you are probably better off just keeping it, and replacing the rest of your sheet metal with '68 stock. Now, you do know why "'68" is the fastest you can go during sex, right? PM me if you don't know the answer. The answer applies to this situation as well....  :icon_smile_wink:

Hey Dan,

Great looking 68 and a fine healthy German Sheppard too!
I'm very anxiously waiting for the guy who will paint my 69 to call me. Supposed to be the first of this month.....I hope so. What car show were you at in your pictures? I'm in Sebastopol and I can't place the location.

Tom,

It was the Mopar Alley show held at Ohlone College.

Dan,

That was a recent show wasn't it? Last month maybe?

Early June, every year. These particular photos were taken at the '08 show.
