my car is a 69 charger i sent my stock steering gear back to firmfeel for my $150 core charge so i have a credit there.  just wondering if i would be better off with firmfeel torsion bar for $350 or go with another brand such as just suspension for $179 and use my credit for other parts at firmfeel input would be apperciated  thanks   tom

I ordered all my stuff from Firmfeel as a package, but if I could save money and get more, I would do so. Torsion bars aren't magic, they're just dumb steel. As long as the quality is good, there is no difference. I'm not sure I'd say the same about their steering boxes.

Hmmm. As much as I like Firm Feel the tightwad in me would probably go with the JS bars in this case. That's pretty darn close to two bars for the price of one. If you still need some other stuff from FF that would free up a nice wad of cash. The only other thing I might suggest is to call Dick and tell him about the sale at JS; see if he can swing you a deal. :shruggy:
