I got a Blank Blue Screen on the sign up page. Customer service is a Joke . Basicly reinstall is there solution which doesn't work for me. I have to use hotmail and lost Msn Icons for shortcuts and Msn explorer I think. I searched the web and I think they have a problem that started last friday see wiki news. If you have Msn Dial up good luck with any tech help . As far as I know this problem affects a lot of Msn users but they didn't tell me that got the info from wiki news. Check there webite if you can for info if you can

DSL is the way to go. Dial up is a thing of the past for most people. Once you go with DSL you will never want to go back to dial up.
