I getting ready to install an Edlebrock CH28 Dual Quad intake with two Edelbrock 600s on my '69 Charger with a 440.  My question is what air filter assembly can I use that will clear the stock hood?  I don't want to cut the hood.  What are you guys using?

I'm installing a CH-28 with holley throttle body injection, but the car's only just about ready for paint. I hadn't sussed out the air cleaner yet myself but just by looking at the manifold and comparing to my M1 I think just about any reasonable air cleaner should fit. The Edelbrock is considerably lower than the single-plane M1.

I've read on another board about people using this with dual quads:

Not sure if it fits though.

made my own baseplate...use stock Fram CA127 filter under a stock top...air enters under the stock top like the little 273-4bbl air cleaners on the Darts.
