I painted my grille but I'm still not finished. I missed a bunch of spots and the trim isn't on.

I had a body shop paint supply store custom mix my "Argent" .. Used the Chrysler platinum medium metallic and lightened it a bit then had it made flat...

Looks fantastic!

Yeppers. It looks pretty good with the colour on my car now but with the silver, I'm thinking it'll blend in and not kind of stick out like I want it to.

Im in the same boat. Some genius of a previous owner decided that after getting into an accident it was best to drill through the chrome trim and hold it in place with sheet-metal screws. Ive straightened and painted the grill but the trim is such an eye sore.

hehe thanks, As for the trim, if you look close at the I piece she's got a few hefty marks in her, also the whole thing is just rittled with tinny holes from 40+ years of road debris. It just annoys me is all ;)

but I can't see spending $400 for a few pieces, so it'll stay until it drives me bonkers hehehe

I think you missed a spot...  :scope: :moon:

When I painted my grille, I stripped the anodizing off my trim, straighten and polished it....the 'I' trim was in worst shape it looked like it had been smacked a couple of times with a hammer. The trim is thin and real workable.

Jason

(don't have trim on right side of grille yet in pic)
