Preparing for 73 engine/trans installation

I've figured out the oil dipstick tube problems I was having by verifying on another 400 that was installed in a 74 Charger with spool mounts and it had the original dipstick. It too appeared as if it were touching the spool mount and it wasn't crushed and it ran. So I'm going to stay with the Mr. Gasket dipstick tube and dipstick and button the oil pan up, prime the engine, install the intake and valve covers and commence installing the engine/trans. I'm going through my already detailed engine compartment to verify everything routed correctly and out of the way. Everything appears to be routed correctly or at least smartly. There is one part of the engine harness that I cannot figure out near the blower motor area. It's some kinda plastic hanger taped in with the new engine harness but I don't see anywhere to mount it. Does anyone know where it hangs? Do I need to remove the fender braces to install engine/trans? What's a rough estimate of how long it should take to install the engine/trans with a helper? Hopefully we can get it in the car within the next few weeks or a month and it will run good.

You should be able to set the motor and install the trans in a few hours.
This hanger part your asking about, Do you have any pics of it?

The braces are off now. Here is a pic of the clip. This is a new big block engine wiring harness from Year One. I've already got the wiring strap kit and all that was included correctly in the proper places. I just don't know where this rectangular clip hooks too. I don't see any logical place on the engine or the firewall. I really want to get my electrical, cables, and vacuum hoses factory routed for how it would be on a original 73 400-4BBL car but am short of reference pictures. There are often some nice ones on EBAY but I know the sellers don't appreciate asking for reference pictures if I'm not interested in buying. So any pics of stock original engine compartment routing of anything on a 73-74 would be appreciated.

If you are referring to the gold colored electrical clip, I believe that is the oil pressure sending unit wire. Excuse me if you are referring to something else.

if it is a factory correct harness I can look it up in the chassis manual and tell you what it is based on color....if so please let me know what the color is (because pictures sometimes lie) and ill look it up at the house tonight.

there is a strap loops or looms or whatever calls welded above the A/C and heater lines... ECU pigtail is hooked there

then valve covers also have some looms to hook those kind of clips

I don't have any kind of clip welded to the firewall above the heater/ac lines. I have the bendable wire looms made into the valve cover but they just wrap around the wiring harness there is no place for a clip to hook onto. The white plastic clip I'm referring to looks like it hooks onto some kind of tab that was originally on the engine or body but I can't figure out where. That's what I'm trying to find out.
