On my just purchased 1999 300m the passenger windows do not work from the driver master or the passenger switches. From what I found, I understand that it maybe just a switch gone bad. Any 300 owners have the same problem? How hard is it to remove the switch? Does the door panel need to come off?

A used 300M with those windows still working is like an unrestored '69 Charger with grille's I-piece still intact.

i dunno about that as the last few used ones I've looked at had their's working,..  :shruggy:
BTW: i know of someone with a creampuff '02 Concord 60K miles selling it for $6K here locally,..
It's that mettalic sand tan color combo but was very lightly used... and yes - the windows all work.

Guess what it was? I took a credit card and ran it in between the rubber seal and the window to break the grip. Then while holding down the switch for that window I hit hard againest the arm rest and the window broke free and started working again. All of them work as they are supposed too. The seller took $700 of the price for that. But, what a nice car!

I tried that too.  The neighbor's tree leaks sap & in the summer I have to park by the edge of it so the window rubber edge gets coated with it.

I went about a year with the driver's side not working, finally ordered the motor since it wasn't the switch & the day the motor showed up the window started working.  It was crazy timing.

But yeah, one of the remedies is to slam the door while holding the switch.  Read that on the 300 club forum.  A lot of stuff you can't find out on that forum unless you pay to join their inclusive little club.  I noticed lots of members' who asked questions with no replies.  :shruggy:
