West Islip Library yesterday.  "local" show, but some very nice cars there.  a few cudas, lots of trifive chevys, bunch of rods and customs.  also saw 2 '70 chargers and parked next to a really sweet 68 dart.  He was trying to play sleeper with steelies and dogdish caps, but you just knew something was going on in there. bone stock near taxicab interior...with a big tach strapped to the column with shift light.  DOT slicks with the tread melted off of them.... It's one of my favorite darts ever. excuse the crappy pics, from my cell..  I also got shots of a 70's Can Am. anyone remember those?  this one was pristine.

Was a rusty one at a local machine used as a DD. The shop closed and the car with it. The Can Am was complete and I like to think it was restored. Only made in 77 and what about 1800
produced before the mold broke on the spoiler.

I didn't show up till @1:00.  I parked to the right of that show car entry....I didn't stay long, only about 40 minutes.  I had to go somewhere.
