I subscribe to Mopar Collectors Guide, as well as Mopar Muscle and Mopar Action.  To me the one I look forward to each month is Mopar Muscle. They tend to feature cars that are closer to everyday rides. Everyone notices  the HEMI cars, and such at car shows, but how many notice the daily rides that have wild motors in  them? At least I know for me I tend to walk past those at big shows.

I love all 3 publications. Then again I also subscribe to Car Craft, Hot Rod, Hemmings Muscle Car, and a few other car magazines.

I also get a three, I love MCG due to all the things for sale and different vendors. It's great to have a subsrcription I read mine before I read my maxum magazine LOL

I've subscribed for about two years. In addition to the Mopar articles I enjoy their take on environmental issues.

That is some of my favorite part too.  Even if they get too "passionate" about it sometimes, I think it is important to make an informed decision and that requires info from both sides.

Hey John,

Maybe you should scan them, call them up & demand a free T-Shirt for the copies.  :icon_smile_big:

I buy it occasionally, same as the other Mopar mags. I used to subscribe to a lot of them & I think I had somewhere around 6 or 7 coming at once. I don't have time anymore to read as often, & with the internet around, as well as trying to cut back on clutter, I think 2 right now is plenty. I have "Hemmings Muscle Cars" & "Sound & Vision", formerly Stereo Review. I cant cancel Sound & Vision since I have been getting it since July 1977.

They used to have more Chargers in there up until recently.  Maybe that just shows that ponycars are more popular even with the old car fans???

How long are you going to hang on to those old newspapers John? Just kidding, I have one copy that is in the old newspaper style, but I didn't subscribe to the magazine until the 90's.

I've been getting it since 99. I agree, the enviro stuff rocks. Can't argue with their politics. The stories, and the girls at the MCG booths, are entertaining as well. I also get Mopar Action and Mopar Muscle. I like them all for different reasons. Mopar Muscle has some cool tech and the Mopar Action guys are a riot.

Hey Shakey,

Stereo equipment seems easier to pick than the color of paint for the Charger.  :icon_smile_big:  Now I just need to replace a few components & I'm all set.

Then you might really dislike the most current issue as it lays the blame for the flooding of New Orleans on a group called Save Our Wetlands (SOWL). If what they state in the article is the truth and I suspect it is true since they back up their claims with facts and dates, the blame does belong to SOWL and a judge named Swartz.

I've been reading MCG for the past decade+.  I have a few of the orginal newspaper versions, but they are not in the best condition (reread too many times).  I still have a complete issue set since 1993 (if I remember right), but I may have lost a issue or two to friends who borrow them and tend not to return them back to me........

Rob's MULLET is the reason I got a subscription!  I don't need any fashion-istas writing about mopars.  Anyway, it sure beats Dennis Gauge's handlebar mustache and poor-boy hat.

I have heard about MCG for years, but didn't really check them out.  I first subscribed to MoparMuscle in the late '90s, and I had assumed that MCG was just more of the same.

Boy, was I wrong.  I like MCG's format, content, and ads/classifieds much better.  Plus, Rob & Randy are very cool guys to talk with.  I subscribed at the 'Nats this year, and wished that I had done so long ago.

Me!

I subscribed a few years ago and even bought all of the available back issues that they still had in stock. (I collect stuff. It's a sickness.)
It's not complete as they did sell out on some issues.

I renew every year at MOPARFest and get my t-shirt right there along with a few copies of recent issues to put in the "reading room."  :icon_smile_wink:
