This has got to be the fastest Charger I have ever seen on a track. Does anyone know what happened to it? I never saw it in any magazines either except Hot Rod pump gas drags a few years ago. The youtube link contines to play so you will have to stop it.

Remember Jim (493Charger) had the green '68 Charger R/T that he sold cause he didn't want to cut up more on it & didn't want to spend the money to get the lead sled going fast?

I think he's a bow tie fella now.

I found some better pictures of the Pranis Charger over at Moparts.com the owner belongs to that site. This car is just a beast. Not only is it fast but the paint looks like glass, here is the link. This link is old from 2003 the car is even faster now, I know at the pump gas drags it ran over 151 mph

Jim is a friend of mine, I See him maybe every 2 weeks or so. He built the motor in my old Coronet R/t that i used to own. Yes he does drive it on the street. From what I heard he will be at Norwalk in 2 weeks for the Chrysler Classics, and he is supposed to race his car.

Can you ask him to join this site and share some updated information and pictures on the Charger? I think a lot of people are very interested in seeing more of this car now.  :yesnod: and R2 thank you for the pictures, very cool  :2thumbs:

I have an issue of HOT ROD?  I think it was HOT ROD about the 2008 Pump Gas Drags in which Jim came in 2nd.  I commented on his Youtube vid and he or a friend said Jim sold the Hemi engine that was under the hood of the beast.  Last I heard he was going to get an even more powerful motor for the Charger.

I have that same issue, I wonder what type of HEMI he has in it now?
