California Kid's car was more like a 32, that looks more like a 37+. LEON.

i had to go look it up and it was a 34 in the movie, i forgot that it had a Belvidere for a sheriffs car

I remember this as a Hot Rod magazine feature car. Fake rust on fibreglass fenders!!

The car in question is a custom-bodied 1937 ford.

I believe the whole thing is a 'glass repop.

The '37 ford coupes were all five window coupes, this is a custom three window coupe, with a curved one piece windshield and a ton of other modifications from the original design.

The California Kid is a hot rodded 1934 Ford three window coupe, here's a pic of "The Kid":
