68-70 Superbee, does it look as good as the 68-70 Charger?

I know both of these cars are basically the same body style both being a B-body. I think the Charger is the best looking but sometimes I think the Superbee looks just as good. Am I wrong?  :shruggy:

Ghoste

No, you're not wrong and you aren't wrong to struggle with this question either.  It's like dating the head cheerleader and wanting her athletic younger sister.  She's just as hot but in a different way.

bull

Yes, you are wrong. Utterly, completely, wholly, fully, totally, absolutely, entirely, extremely, purely, thoroughly, undeniably and unequivocally wrong. It's not even a contest. It's like the difference between Laura Dern and Marisa Miller. Laura Dern is kinda/sorta attractive but Marisa Miller. :o Not that the Superbee looks bad, it's just that the 2nd gen Charger looks that good.

I like them both, but the Charger is the one I love, not that I wouldn't have a Super Bee as a Mistress, lol

Ghoste

So you wouldn't hit Laura?  (see my earlier post, it's all good without being forced to resort to the fat girl-moped analogy)

Might have to, just to knock that bitchy look off her face :RantExplode:

I'm thinking a high speed faceplant into a doorjam should do the trick.  :brickwall:

That's not the right question. The question is if you had an equal shot at either, which would you choose?

 :smilielol:

I'll stick by my cheerleader/sister analogy though, it's our hormone fueled right as men to want them all.

Aha, but I wasn't asked by the op if I only had to pick one, I was asked if it was wrong to want both and my reply is to see my previous post.
Now I think you know me well enough that you could answer your question for me.  Not sure I want to throw my 67 into this mess though, I can't really come up with an adequate comparison at the moment.  Could the cheerleader have a non-identical twin perhaps?

Right, and we would choose both... at the same time.

Consider that you can have 3 Lauras for the price of one Marrissa, and it changes the factoring of the SuperBee-Charger equation, don't it?  :apimp:

Wow this analogy certainly puts things in perspective  , the Charger is my only love but I do have somewhat of a wandering lustful eye for the Superbee sometimes.  :smilielol: oh yeah this just in "MARISSA IS HOT!!"  :drool5:

I like this analogy better, they're really not as far off as the other makes them seem in looks for me.  So no its not bad to like em both... hell at some point I would like to tap em both  and I will.  And there will be absolutely nothing wrong with it.  :2thumbs:

I plan to get a 68-70 Superbee to sit next to the charger someday! That will be wayyy down the road though. I'm just a B-body fan

I had a 440/6 Air Grabber 4spd Dana, Lime green 70 Bee with go wing and it was so cool looking and I took many many pictures of it.  But there's no denying the 2nd Gen Charger is one of the best designed Muscle cars ever.  One thing I always say about my 69 is, Look at the grille, curve of the front fenders, scooped doors and hood, worlds best rear quarter, the roof lines, the trunk V and built in spoiler lip, the sinister aggressive tail lamps ( 69 and 70 ), or the cool 68 tail lamps, the R/T exhaust tips. It truly is rolling art work.  Lets not forget the awesome 440 sound, or beautiful designed interior and dash gauges.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I'd have to go with the Charger for obvious reasons posted above...Not to mention the fact that there were NO 4drs, wagons, or Converts to pick parts from and that fact puts the Charger in a whole new classification IMO... Too easy to swap 4dr fenders if they are good onto a Bee and your done...The Second Gen. Charger is all by itself when dealing with body parts....
" I have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours researching what works and what doesn't and I'm willing to share"

Ghoste

Really?  Finding body parts for a 1st gen is just as much of a challenge.  In spite of the commonly held myth that it's just a Coronet with a fastback, there is precious little that swaps between the two.  And the parts that do typically need some massaging.

Oh what the hell, why not take Marissa, Laura, the head cheerleader, her sister, the Charger & the Superbee and be done with it?  :smilielol:

Kinda partial to '70 Bee's.  Brother has a '70 383 auto, WAS Burnt Orange up until last summer.  Now its black primer, with a new Gator Grain top, (originally a Gator Grain car).
He painted the car 25 years ago in high school, the laquer was cracking and looking a bit rough, so it was the reason to go flat black.

Marissa's hot...for a blonde.

Jessica Simpson isn't fit to scrub Marrisa's toilet.

Anybody seen these superbee burnouts on youtube? I think Bee's look best with the race slicks or big tires on the back.
