Damn you, Jerry!!!!!!!!!  :slap:

I have a pension, but I've only got 12 years into it and can't retire yet.. We all did a lottery pool at work last week. The drawing was Saturday night (I think). Needless to say, my phone never rang, so I guess I must report for duty in the morning.

Plan on getting ready for the FSU-UM game all weekend next weekend, and then next Mon. actually watch the game.

I work most weekends to help pay bills.  I'm working that Monday, but at double time.  :2thumbs:
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I never plan for weekends... I just never have.
I've planned for specific events that happen to occur on a weekend, but other than that, I guess they don't mean too much to me.
Heck, I usually forget about long weekends until I try and book a meeting on the holiday Monday and someone calls me on it.  :P

As for Labour Day weekend, my brother usually does a big BBQ out at his farm. Haven't heard about it yet, though, so we'll see.

I'll admit that lately I have looked forward to "tuning out" at the end of the day on Friday - just because of all the BS we're going through at work.
Work PC goes off and the BlackBerry gets ignored. It even ran out of power sometime this weekend and I didn't notice until this morning.

Here in our little paradise on the Tigris, our workweek is Sunday through Thursday and we're required to work the weekends. The day of the week has lost its meaning except we go in a few hours later on Friday and Saturday.

I'm one of the old retired guys on this forum, so everyday is Saturday to me. :icon_smile_big: :icon_smile_big: :icon_smile_big:  But, time goes by so fast at this age, it seems like I have a birthday every month. :brickwall: :brickwall:  Bob

Am I the only one who looks forward to Mondays?   maybe its because Mondays & Tuesdays are my days off? ;)

Just like being a kid again, or a college student, every day is Saturday!
