69 Charger Rear Frame Bumper Guard Plates

There are a set of metal plates that install on the rear frame rails that the bumper guards, and exhaust tips attach to.  The rear of the plate seems to transition upwards to tuck under the rear frame rail transverse connector (don't know the actual name of that piece).  But when installed it looks like the transverse panel needs to be notched to allow the bottom bolts for the bumper guards to connect.  Quite a bit of metal was done on this part of the car.
