What is the correct part number for a 70 Coronet turn signal switch with fender lamps and does it make a difference? (3488805/3488477/2947503 ??). Its been a year or two since I last had to change one. If I recall there is a red wire that needs to be cut/removed form the aftermarket switches. The reason I'm asking about the fender lamp option is I burned out my brake lamp switch and was wondering if the wrong turn SW was the culprit. THANKS!!

What steering wheel and horn ring do you have?

astat1

This isn't my wheel but the same type.

If I'm reading it correctly it's the 2947503 one.

I saw one on eBay that mentioned the extra lamps try a search there.

Not sure if that is the culprit but the number supersedes numerous times - obviously you knew that.

Also there is the issue of the hazard flasher in or out for on and the size of the hole in the column for that button problem I've seen others talk about for 70 cars.  :eek2:
