727 band adjustment

When I adjust the bands on my 727 I know its inch pounds and how much but are the adjust bolts  threads dry or do I lube them with a little atf first

When I did mine, the screws were already lubed from the fluid being in there when I tore it down.  I wiped them off with a cloth, but you know what I mean?

It's not really that critical, lubed/unlubed or torque wrench/just snug won't make but 1/8 turn difference.
