Correct position of the tips

[Belgium R/T -68]

Is there a "correct" position of the exhausttips or is it up to ones liking? What's a good referencepoint? Need to cut my tailpipes.

Are you installing a stock exhaust system?

If so, are the tail pipe tips the same as a '69 Charger?

If your new exhaust system is stock, every car I've seen has each each tip centered below the back-up lights.
