Thanks everyone!!

I had a blast again this year cruising Woodward during on my birthday. It was damn near the best birthday party ever - - with 45,000 classic cars and 1 million car buddies turning out for the event! :icon_smile_wink:

I also got to meet some forum guys and hang out with Steve/WINGR, and Bo/bmoparmofo most of the day while we parked at his pub.

The highlights of my day included parking next to Steve's FANTASTIC CHARGER 500!....and eating the best Corned Beef Rueben I ever had in my life at Bo's pub "The Blarney Stone".  The ice cold Coors Light inside the bar was pretty damn good also!

Yep, ...it sure was a great birthday. :2thumbs:

TUFFY

Here are some early morning photo's of us parked in front of Bo's Irish pub. Steve/WINGR is in the first shot by his car talking to the guy wearing the straw hat.

Leon, that 70 R/T was an ORIGINAL PAINT survivor. It wasn't very shiny, and has been weathered....but man o' man...it was sooo nice.  If I was lucky enough to be the proud owner I would definately have a total restoration done on it... as in my opinion it needs it. However, this is a very honest, straight, and rust free car.

Red 1970 R/T is my favorite color ...and it has longitudinal stripes!  :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:

No chance of prying it away, I already asked.....I'm almost certain it won't be for sale.  This guy has owned it since 1979.

Love the stripe. I will post its twin later when the ole lady gets home with her camera. It was at a car show this weekend and forgot mine  :brickwall:  It had the bumble bee stripe though. I bet a lot of people removed them during the resto and went with the bumble bee. That or they didn't make as many with it? About a 100 cars was at this show and only one Charger  :P

Yeah, Looks nice, Sounds similar to mine but I assume I got even more door dings on mine. To bad I did not have mine there to park next to it :'( :pity:  LEON.

The70RT

Here it is. It's a Missouri car. Ignore the picture date this was taken yesterday.....that car didn't look like that then...neither did my car beside it.  ;D Well I cant resize the pic from her camera for some reason so I took a crappy one of it with mine on the screen...oh well.

Thanks for teasing me with another red 70 R/T!  :icon_smile_tongue:

I'm a sucker for a nice '70....and that car is beautiful!  Everyone's taste is different when it comes to the stripes, but for me, I'd have to go with longitudinal stripes -just to be different. :icon_smile_wink:

WINGR

Hey Tuff Cat, thanks for posting those great shots of our cars. It was great hanging with you yesterday, I can't belive that was the first time we've met and we probably live about 10 minutes from each other. I wish that I'd known it was your birthday yesterday, I would have bought you cold Coors. We'll all have to get together again sometime, maybe at the Downtown Plymouth show, this fall.

Many thanks to Bo for inviting us to hang with him at his great pub, it was a great time being there for the cruise. Bo's a great guy, we really enjoyed talking to him and his dad who is also a big Charger fan.

Thanks guys

WINGR/Steve
