you really lucked out there, congrats

Shakey

With the exchange rate what it is these days there is really not much difference.

Good score!

69_500

That is definately a good score. I haven't ever ran accross anything that cheap before. Best I could do was a 383 and tranny, plus a 360 for $100.

73dodge

okay I have to say it

You know with the exchange rate you really got a 340 instead of a 383 right?
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms should be a convenience store NOT a government agency!

Actually sublime, the correct spelling is "eh".  :icon_smile_big:

Ghoste

But at least he used it in the proper context.  Too many non Canucks use it in the wrong spot when they are trying to imitate (mock?) us, eh?

To truly understand Canadians, one must watch "Strange Brew".

It isn't all beer and hockey you know.   In Ontario we also offer full nudity in the strip bars, a lower minimum drinking age, political comedy exceeded by no other nation, and topless beaches.
Now admittedly, since the right to bare breasts laws came into effect here in Ontario (much to the horror of Puritans everywhere), I have yet to see a single girl walking around topless, but I'm still hoping.

We also have Chargers and dragstrips and all kinds of other fun stuff in the summer.

chrisII

when you do see one walking around toples she will be 65 and over weight!!   i have a neighbor who likes to sunbathe nude (yes its illegal but she is out of view to all but me) she is in her late 40s and prolly 50lbs over weight   :icon_smile_dead:i honestly try not to see.  guess this is payback for the good looking neighbor i had for a bit who liked to do the same

I interpreted it as a 1966 model year 383 engine and transmission for $20.00???

*Speed costs money son, how fast do you want to go, and for how long?"
*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."
