Yes excellent quality, better than Hot Wheels, tho i collect both. I have several hundred all Mopar only Johnny Lightnings, they keep makin them, i'll keep collecting them, looks like i have another one to look for now lol.

That company was AutoWorld (which JL owned at one time)

That car is really weird....they made my '69 into a '68 in the pic by photoshopping out the center grill, changed the color to silver....the actual car in the pack is a '70 with the loop bumper in the front!!

Sheesh!! :rotz:

They did send a few cars for my trouble though :thumbs:

Small update....just got this reply from "Tom Z" on a JL message board where I posted a question on where they got their ideas....

haha!  Thats a "White Lightning" chase car  only 1%-2% of the entire production run are like that...generally about 100 or so cars.

So now I have a signed one by the designer & I just bought one in the package off ebay



Put the signed one in a display box as well :thumbs:
