awesome customer service from bouchillon performance

I decided to get the brackets to mount a sanden compressor on my 440, so I tried their website and could not make it work to order them. No problem, I can call. so I call about 4:30 my time, and a guy answers the phone and I tell him i couldn't make the online order work, so I needed to order brackets. He informed me that they were out east, and had been closed for half hour already. I told him I would call back the next day. He says no, don't worry. Hang on a second. and I wait for a minute while he boots up his computer again to take my order. I had it 3 business days later! :2thumbs:

Now THATS some awesome customer service. I surely wasn't expecting that. I would not have been offended in the least if he said I would have had to call  back the next day. I thought you all would like to know that in a world of crappy customer service, there are a few good ones left! :cheers:

  i didnt have any problem ordering from them but there product is great . It works and fits very nicely .

It's nice to know there are a few left.  Summit is that way too.  Super Customer Service.
In most cases even if the part is somewhat more, I'll buy from a place like that rather than deal with a**holes.  ;)
