How hard is to remove the K Frame on a 1970 Charger? Does anybody have any pics?

If the motor is out then it's not bad.

The biggest thing:  SOAK THE MAIN 4 BOLTS IN PENETRATING OIL WAY AHEAD OF TIME!  YOU DO NOT WANT TO BREAK/STRIP THESE THINGS!  Get them wet and keep them wet for a day ahead of time.  You can reach them with the straw on a spray can, or even drill a little 1/8th inch hole in the side of the framerail right at the spot of the bolt itself.  If you strip or break one of these things, the only solution involves cutting & welding a hole out of the framerail itself to splice in another one from a donor car.

Aside from that, the process is pretty self-explanatory.  4 huge bolts, the upper A-arm has to be either unbolted from the unibody or one of the balljoints has to be undone, and obviously the brake lines have to be off too.

Oh, and you need to remove the torsion bars (not the sway bar) first.  That's not a difficult procedure but you need the right tool to do it w/o damaging the torsion bars.

Yeah can you tell me where i could learn more on replacing the 4 main k frame bolts. One would think you could remove that strap and weld in new bolts or something.. My k frame and like two bolts need welding/fixing. Thanks!

There isn't much you can do.  You've gotta cut the flat bottom of the framerail off around the bolt and weld in a little chunk from another car.  Make sure the welding job is good and the new bolt lines up exactly with where the old one was or it will create alignment problems.
