72 rallye on a 73..???

Will the tail light lenses out of a 72 rallye fit the bezles off of a 73???

Im not sure on that 73 light deal .But I know some one who still might have a set of 71 RT louvered tail lights sitting around

no... each bezel and lense kind has its own housing and viceversa, no one lense or bezel fits on a diff housing

as complete assembly the interchange between years is not a problem.

some advices, if you go with 71/72 louvered tail lights get the lower license bracket from 71/72 too... is a little bit shorter and will improve the 71/72 tail lighst fitting on bumper

one note more, 73/74 housing are plastic pieces for a while 71/72 are POT METAl pieces. Earliers get the ground from chassis, later get ground wired.

That is an exception to sidemarkers where on earliers setup BOTH sidemarkers needs a ground attaching point ( being bulb on a rubber socket ), for a while laters get one side since the other side is wired from end to end from same ground source
