Does anyone know what year and model these seats came from?

The seats look like a 66 or 67 B body.  I'd say 67 Coronet since the headrests were not available in 66 and Coronet because if it were a Charger it would have carpeting on the back bottom.
They have obviously been redone without the correct fabric pattern.

looks to me like the bottom of the  headrest follows the contour of the top of the seat.

Id say its a GM seat.
wingless now, but still around.

Could they be from an 'A" body?

Could be, I pulled a pair from a 1967 Barracuda parts car once & still have them. Same style seat with metal backings, but no head rest. I'll see if I have the pics handy & add them to the post later.
