68 viper charger, does your car still have the ladder bar rear susp.? If so, how does it handle? Thanks, Love that car!

It was fabricated with a set of 32" ladder bars for a consistent foundations for the coilovers. all the suspension was custom made.
It handles like a racecare, it sticks to the road

rt_bigblock, sorry about your misfortune.  You could start your own thread with all those pix with an explanation that would prolly garner quite a bit of interest.

Viper Charger, I've only driven my wife's SRT10 a couple times but know how crazy the torque is with one of those motors.  I like boiling the hides while rolling along & that truck certainly did it.   1st time I tried I was blown away that a truck could do that.  I think it'd give my Charger a run for it's money.   :shruggy:
We got lucky when buying seeings how the gas was almost $4 a gallon.  They couldn't give it away.  What's nice is the wife has put about 40k miles on, owned it for little over 4 years & it's residual value is what we paid initially.   :2thumbs:

Got a Coleman bravo 2 camera, like go pro but probably not as good. Was a reward for being with my company for 15 years. Sound is not good as it's in an underwater housing, clamped to the door handle.

Yes, the viper V-10 has a lot of power, it will definitely throw you back in the seats.
I got on it yesterday going about 30, and before I new it I was going over 100mph, and I think the tires spun most of the way there! :2thumbs:
I drove a SRT10 truck once, and I was amazed at its power, they are pretty awesome!

Hmm, in searching for something else, I stumbled upon a write-up about my 73 from Carlisle this past summer. Albeit incorrect as the air cleaner clearly says 400.

Picture of my silver 67 Charger restomod at the restoration shop.  I was visiting when they brought in another 67 Charger in excellent condition.  Blue (aqua marine) Charger has the original motor (believe #s matching but I did not ask about transmission) restored to original.  My car, other than the 17 inch wheels appears to be original (that was the goal) but has a 6.4L, 6 speed tremec, wilwoods, rms and vintage air.  Trying to have the old car that drives like new.  In any case, was not expecting the other car to be brought in today so it was a pleasant surprise
