Looks to be in good shape cept the rear valance but I have seen Charger in WAY worse shape for starting points.

FYI I searched over 5 years for any 1969 charger project local and this is the 1st one I found.
$3,500 with extra parts.10 minutes from my house.

I see a fender tag. If you post it up someone here could decode it for you. 3500 is a steel & if that is a real RT you did very well.

some of the codes are hard to see, these are the codes. the radiator support and trunk vin are correct.
