The brakes actually work very well. I am happy with them and I was surprised by how well they work. The carbon metallic shoes are well worth the money.

clean up two small items that had been kinda bugging me today. One is the B/E&a upper pads have no relief for the vertical edge welt ahead of the rear int panel,so I took them out and cut the foam and reglued the vinyl to the back. I also cut out a bunch of extra bulky vinyl that was wrapped around the inside to make them fit on easier. They are mucho better now.
The other thing I did was Got some hair clips for my seat belts. You know how when the rears are buckled to there not in use clips the extra just flops over. I clipped them with a black hair barret, it works great cause its just loose enough that you can still adjust them you fit when you are wearing the seat belts. On the fronts is the extra male belt thats always floppin too , I did the same with it.

Snapped a couple new pics with the white steelies while I had it out today. It ran nice and cool too...180, considering that it was into the 90's today.

I'm diggin' those steelies...  :2thumbs:  At the risk of not know what's going on, you mentioned your normal operating temperature. Did you have issues? I'm assuming you're using pretty much OEM stuff for your cooling system? How about the fluid? My success, partially I believe, came from use of more distilled water and water-wetter.

Didnt really have any problems,just was in the back of my mind cause these cars sometimes have that problem.

Mostly stock cooling system. ..Glen-Ray Hemi Radiator, 50-50 coolant and distilled water, and just like you said water wetter. 2 bottles.

It was just nice to see it run cool on a hot day.
