push rod length

can some one tell me the length of the push rods in a 440 and 383 I know that 440 is longer but I want the exact length of both

Depends on how you measure the length.
440 source lists the following:
383: 8.575
440: 9.315

Summit lists:
383: 8.555
440: 9.350

But you will need a different length if:
- your heads are milled
- you are running a non hydraulic cam
- you have adjustable rockers
