Question about windows

I hope I posted this in the right place.  I'm wondering....is there a way or a kit of some kind to buff out or remove scratches from windows?  I bought a rear window from someone because it was cheap ($20.00) and...."ya never know."  It's a '69 Charger window.  It appears that someone accidentally hit it with a d.a. sander.............repeatedly.  If I could get out the scratches, I may just replace the one that's in there when I reassemble.   Thanks all....Ace

With the right tools you can buff the scratches out, but be fore warned you will also see where you have buffed. Having done more glass than I like to remember, no matter what you do you will see it...
