Another one...what's it worth?

It's been a while since I asked. I was talking to the owner of this 69. He said he had it for sale last year for 17000, got offered 12K didn't take it.
Says 12K is his real number now. I think it's a 7-8000 dollar car tops, maybe less. There is Bondo, a 319? engine, and the tranny has some issues.
No knowledge of a fender tag and the frame had some/needs some work. Hasn't been real specific. Waiting on more pictures.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but going off of what he has told me, he says putting ten grand in it will make it nearly perfect. But the thing is I am not sure he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the details on Mopars. 10K could be fair though.

The "319" got me thinking he has no idea what's going on.....from what I can see......$8500.00  tops.   I think he means 318 of course.  The photo of the rust area tells me there are underlying issues with the car (like mine....lol)  He's asking too much...but that is only my opinion.

The "319" might be a typo unless he's done it more than once. The rust would make me wonder just how much more there really is, And there will be more.  Tranny problems and the "frame had some/needs some work"  part can get very time consuming and expensive.

I'd think that unless the interior of this car is very nice, the 10K would be a stretch. A picture showing some shiny paint can hide a whole lot of sin. Ask Jeff, I bet he'll agree.
