Brake pedal spongy, any ideas?

Hey guys, I have all new brakes, I did the disc conversion where you use fifth ave spindles etc.. I used the prop valve from that car as well. I didnt get my power booster rebuilt though.. Anyways I am pretty sure I have no air in the lines and my rear drums are adjusted pretty tight but my damn pedal almost goes right to the floor when the car is running but i cant still stop..could it be the booster  ? or maybe I better double check the lines? Thanks

You don't have the calipers on the wrong side, do ya? Sounds like air in there somewhere

I am actually not sure if I do or not? everything went together alright, is there a L or R on them?
