thought I'd share this set of photos I took for my black and white photography class final a few months ago. I had a few of these pics on display by the windshield of my car during a new orleans mopar show back in May and it was pretty cool to get approached by the editor of mopar collector's guide (by the name of Rob), he liked a few of my pics and showed interest in my work.

and here's a link to my flickr account-

Nice pics!!! really an artist!!!

is the oldy car at garage a 57 New Yorker ( or maybe 300 ) ?

BTW, maybe a little bit off topic, Cuda is really nice on exterior to have that headliner mounted in that way :brickwall:

Bob is all about the legs and ass...

Totally forgot to reply!!

Mopar Collector's Guide has bought one of the pictures for "possible" use in a future publication/website/whatever. The picture is of her in the garage.

Nacho-it's a 57 300!! nice spotting there. and believe it or not, the outside is great and all but it's still a bit of a running project, the front bucket seats don't match as they're from a 90s camaro, I think.

It is a 72 cuda, 318 but it sounded way meaner than my '73 400!! I asked him what engine he had and when he told me it was a 318, I was surprised. Then he told me about the cam and exhaust but still...it sounds niiiiice.

I use a 17mm Canon L series lens and just a simple canon rebel xti-these photos are actually film, that I took with a canon old school slr and used my digital lens, then scanned the negatives at the school's photo lab, since they have a negative scanner. So you get the best of both worlds!!

that was such a fast shoot, less than an hour for all those photos, I definitely want to take more soon.

Cool stuff. I'm trying to get my hands on a particular 58 300 I know of with a bunch of derelict vehicles. Has all its original equipment, even the air cleaners on the dual fours of that hemi. I think I can get it for about 5k.

A beautiful car and a beautiful lady! I'm still waiting for both to turn up at my house...  :rotz: ::)

I'm on the same page as Old Moparz, soon as I saw that photo I thought it was the best of the bunch, though they are all great. She really fits that car, doesn't she? :2thumbs:

Great set of pictures, you got anymore like this?

Congrats on the possible commission - that's great news!
